Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay: $13.50/hr

Responsibilities:

• Process orders, input invoices into in-house accounting software, and print shipping labels
• Schedule shipping carriers according to customer instructions
• Perform heavy data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Utilize Excel effectively and communicate clearly, both written and verbally
• Resolve customer issues promptly and handle general office duties
• Serve as a phone backup when needed
