At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we're in. We're growing our team here in Hot Springs, AR:

Starting Compensation: $16.00 / hour

Shifts: Evening & Overnight Shift - Further details will be discussed during phone screen.

Position Type: Varies

About the job:

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• Survey the area and report on activity at your assigned location.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Be good at reading and writing detailed reports.
• Know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
• Access control and badge checking responsibilities
• Direct visitor to desired destination
• Monitor security cameras
• Rover campus both via foot and vehicle patrol
• Make sure building is locked and secured overnight and open during day

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You're able to ace (pass) an extensive screening process
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• MUST have 6 months prior Military or Law Enforcement Security experience
• MUST have your own security equipment (weapon, ammunition and duty belt.)
• Have a armed security license or ability to obtain one if required.
• Must be 21 years of age to operate company vehicle, this is a driving post.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record if security post operates a company vehicle
• Demonstrate a stable work history
• Have reliable transportation
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
