Description/Job SummaryPosition Title: Deposit Accts Document SpecialistLocation: Malvern, ARDepartment: Deposit OperationsReports To: Operations Team ManagerEEO-1 Status: 5A Office and ClericalFLSA Status: Non-exemptHours: Full-time positionGENERAL SUMMARYUnder general supervision and guidance of the Operations Team Manager, the Deposit Accts Document Specialist will provide exceptional support and clerical service specific to MNB retail teams insuring compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures, and legal requirements while assisting to maintain the bank's RMS (Relationship Management System). The incumbent will have full working knowledge of the set-up of customer accounts to assist the frontline customer service representatives. Work is highly confidential in nature and involves the skilled use of a computer.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functionsConsistently deliver phenomenal customer service through aggressive friendliness accompanied by honest, positive and confident behaviors (in-house and on the phone)Provide timely and accurate service to both internal and external customersRemain abreast of all deposit products offered to MNB customersDisplay working knowledge of CSR procedures and responsibilities in order to offer support to MNB retail teams, to include research and problem solving abilitiesWork daily with the bank's RMS (Relationship Management System); involving any customer added or maintenances (DDA, Savings, CD, IRA, Lockbox, Loans) within the systemProcess new account signature cards, checking all Demand and Savings accounts, CD and IRAs opened each day; process any revised signature cardsEnter and review stop payments; work with Account Monitoring - account and REG CC holdsReview Branch Safe Deposit Accounts for accuracySet-up and review Auto Transfers/Dynamic TransfersEnter ACH/Check TranslationsAnalyze Crippled statements for customer statement preparationVerify all "CIP" information is received on all customers according to CIP proceduresFollow up with CSRs to effect corrections and collections of required documentation on a timely basis while developing exception and tracking reportsMaintain a working knowledge of ATM, ACH, and Online bankingCrosstrain in other Deposit Operation positions in order to assist team members and serve as a backup when necessaryMaintain customer confidence and protect bank operations through utmost confidentialityPerform any other related duties as may be required or assignedTEAM EXPECTATIONSChampion the MNB mission statement with pride and enthusiasmPerform all aspects of your position with a coachable spiritSupport all other team members, providing assistance and encouragement to ensure service is provided in the most efficient and effective mannerCollaborate in the sharing of new ideas that will drive the organization's bottom lineParticipate in volunteer opportunities surrounding the bankExhibit professionalism at all timesQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
