Position Description:
Quality Assurance Evaluator is responsible for compiling and analyzing production data to monitor real-time production performance. This role focuses on identifying trends and providing data-driven quality feedback to support facility-wide improvements. Additionally, the evaluator will report inspection results, serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for quality management systems, and actively contribute to continuous improvement teams. The position also involves assisting in the development, implementation, and enhancement of quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure program deliverables are met. The Quality Assurance Evaluator reports to the Operations Assistant Manager.
This position is located in Hot Springs, AR.
Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Collaborate with department leadership to improve existing processes.
- Analyze and interpret daily production data
- Provide data-driven feedback and reports about workflow and production projections to the Management Team
- Documenting and reporting on product and service quality levels.
- Identify and report performance issues and suggest possible resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards & CMMI for Service Standards
- Conduct root cause analysis.
- Support training initiatives.
- Collaborate in the development of SOPs, Work Instructions, process mapping, and similar process management documents.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned by leadership to serve changing business needs.
- Primary working shift will be 1st, however, some shift work may be required
- Domestic travel 0-10% will be required
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's Degree, in Business, Project Management, or related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- 3 years' experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5s or similar
- Experience working in an ISO 9001 certified quality management system
- Strong communication and writing skills (English)
- High Computer Literacy
- Proficient, Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Ability to grasp concepts and processes quickly
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Comfortable speaking and presenting to all organizational levels and customers
US Citizenship is required
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
- ASQ Quality Auditor, Engineer or similar professional certification
- Experience in an OEETPM environment
- Project Management Skills (CAPM Certification)
- Experience in an CMMI appraised organization
- AdvancedExpert knowledge of Microsoft Office products Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $51,400.00 - $121,900.00.
