Care Professional Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive pay rates ranging from $11.25 to $16.25 per hour, with bi-monthly direct deposit.

Applicant Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (not involving family members).
• Availability for 16+ hours per week during peak hours (8 AM - 10 PM), with weekend availability preferred.

• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities are required, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Compliance with all necessary local, state, and federal regulations, licenses, and registrations.
• A device compatible with the latest version of iOS or Android to use our app.
• Valid Driver's License, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen.
• Attendance at our certification and orientation session at our Hot Springs office is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Create companionship through conversation and caring presence.
• Assist with meal preparation and provide medication reminders.
• Support clients with daily living activities, including bathing, toileting, and dressing, with a focus on non-medical assistance.

Locations Served: Hot Springs, Hot Springs Village, Arkadelphia, Royal, Mountain Pine, Benton, Alexander, Malvern, Bryant.
