Pay & Benefits for Care Professionals:

• Hourly pay ranges from $11.25 to $15.25, with bi-monthly direct deposit.
• Earn 1.5x your base rate for holiday shifts.

Applicant Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family).
• Availability for at least 16 hours per week during high-demand hours (8 AM - 10 PM).
• Weekend availability is preferred but not mandatory.
• Overnight shifts (8 PM - 8 AM) are available.
• Basic proficiency in English (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
• Comply with any federal, state, or local regulatory requirements.
• Must have a smartphone that supports the latest iOS or Android versions to use our app.
• Possess a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Pass a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening.
• Attend our certification and orientation session at our Hot Springs office.

Responsibilities of Care Professionals:

• Provide companionship and engaging conversation.
• Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Offer hands-on support for daily living activities, including bathing, toileting, and dressing.

We cover areas including Hot Springs, Hot Springs Village, Arkadelphia, Royal, Mountain Pine, Benton, Alexander, Malvern, and Bryant.
