We support our caregivers by:

• Helping you start work quickly with qualified candidates.

Care Professional Pay & Benefits:

• $11.25-16.25/hr - Paid bi-monthly with direct deposit.
• Earn 1.5 times your base rate for holiday shifts.
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits (eligibility required).
• Referral program for bringing in new caregivers.
• Paid time off (PTO) for all caregivers.
• Mileage reimbursement for travel during visits.

Applicant Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 months of professional caregiving experience (non-family).
• Availability for at least 16 hours per week during high-demand hours (8 AM - 10 PM).

- Weekend availability is preferred but not required.

- Overnight shifts available (8 PM - 8 AM, 12-hour shifts).

• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
• Compliance with federal, state, or local regulations, including licensing and registration.
• Proficiency with our app and access to a device that supports the latest iOS or Android version.
• A valid driver's license, valid car insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
• Passing a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening is mandatory.
• Attendance at our orientation and certification session in Hot Springs is necessary.

Care Professional Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation.
• Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Offer one-on-one assistance with non-medical activities of daily living, such as bathing, toileting, and dressing.
