Job Details

The aim of the Final Assembly Technician is to enhance the usability, appearance and desirability of fabricated boats by rigging boats per factory specifications and as specified on the work orders.

Installs all accessories per factory specifications and work orders
Mount and install all furniture per factory specification and work orders

Test equipment for proper functionality and installation

Ensure clean fit and finish of all installed equipment and accessories

Actively participate in factory's improvement kata process

Maintain clean and professional work area

Recommending and providing input on process improve opportunities

Compile and package equipment manuals in dry bag

Requirements

Ability to operate a variety of hand tools ( I.e. drill, hole saws, screw guns, pliers, etc.)

Able to lift 50lbs

Knowledge of electrical/wiring systems (DC), preferred

Able to perform repetitive motions (i.e. bending, climbing, standing, stoop, etc.)
