LifeWise Academy is a released time religious instruction program that exists to reach public school students with the gospel during school hours. Under released time law, students may be released from public school during the day to receive religious instruction, provided the program is off school property, privately funded, and parent-permitted.

About the Job

We are looking for a gospel-centered and detail-oriented Assistant Program Director to help lead our team, in partnership with the local Program Director and Leadership Board. Our ideal candidate is a spiritually mature active church member who is adept at assisting in a broad range of administrative tasks. The Assistant Program Director will serve in a part-time capacity (10-15 hours per week, with higher weekly averages possible in the months leading up to launch), under the Program Director.

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the Program Director in managing the LifeWise 5 L's:
2. Leadership: The people element of a program; specifically, the doers.
3. Location: The facility and transportation needs of the program.
4. Logistics: How the program relates to the school and/or district.
5. Loot: The financial component of the program (fundraising and budgeting).
6. Language: The communication element of the program.

The Support Center is here to walk with you every step of the way! You'll be provided with a step-by-step plan, ongoing training, and specialized one-on-one coaching so you can bring Bible education to public school students in your community!

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in either a professional or volunteer capacity.
• Experience with spreadsheets, virtual meeting platforms, and Google Workspace.
