Uses predetermined methods, operations, and prescribed technical data to inspect and test aircraft components (in-process and completed assemblies, sub-assemblies and detail parts); assures repairs or modifications are accomplished according to applicable data acceptable to the FAA administrator, e.g. component maintenance manuals, overhaul manuals, structural repair manuals, customer specifications, drawings, diagrams, or inspection instructions and checklists. Uses various measuring devices throughout the process; rejects components found with defects or malfunctions which require additional operations or re-work; accepts and certifies components that are determined airworthy. This position is on the weekend shift which is Friday - Sunday, 5:00 am to 5:30 pm. Follow company policies and procedures. Follow directions and / or instructions, as directed.
