Description:

Do you have a Logistics or Technical background in fixed wing aviation, than this may be the role for you. Our client is an industry leader in the design, engineering, manufacturing, repairs and overhauls of a broad portfolio of aviation and industrial components, accessories, subassemblies, systems, and aircraft structures. They are looking for a Program Manager in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas. This group partners with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and operators of commercial, regional, business and military aircraft worldwide, to provide products and services that solve their hardest problems.

The Customer Program Manager role involves providing support to end users worldwide for next-generation nacelles to ensure product performance, timely delivery, integrity, and customer satisfaction. Acting as the liaison between customers and product lines, your responsibilities include managing and coordinating activities to support and resolve technical issues, administering, extending, negotiating, and terminating standard and non-standard contracts.

The role also involves conducting proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to ensure proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in line with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Additionally, the position entails reviewing estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Other duties include preparing bids, processing specifications, progress, and other reports, advising management on contractual rights and obligations, compiling and analyzing data, and maintaining historical information.

Hot Springs is a beautiful resort town, with access to golf, hunting, fishing (several beautiful lakes in the area), and many other outdoor activities.

- Discusses suitability of different types of aircraft components to meet customer's requirements

- Quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained

- Manages and maintains rotatable inventory and associated processes

- Prepares contracts for maintenance service

- Appraises aircraft components traded in on new components

- Prepares reports of the business transactions and keeps expense account records

- Supports sales management and outside sales activities

- Develops and maintains relationships with customer contacts

- Investigates and resolves any customer problems with deliveries

- Attends trade shows as required

- Arrange and attend visits to customer facilities as required

Base salary, $75K - $130K, DOE and background, a10% bonus, a 401k with match, also medical, dental, vision and life coverage, and PTO
