Job Details

We're seeking a dynamic IT Supervisor to lead and optimize IT operations. In this role, you'll ensure the performance, security, and reliability of critical systems that support workflows. You'll serve as a strategic partner to leadership, a mentor to IT staff, and a hands-on expert in delivering high-quality, compliant technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of IT operations across multiple sites, including infrastructure, networking, enterprise applications, and end-user support.
• Provide expert-level support and administration in Microsoft 365, Windows Hypervisor, Fortinet security solutions, and database systems.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing IT team focused on responsiveness, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with executives to align IT initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure system uptime, data security, and compliance with IT standards.
• Manage escalated technical issues and provide after-hours support for critical incidents as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT leadership, preferably within a multi-location environment.
• Strong technical background in network infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud-based services.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Fortinet technologies, and virtual server environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
