Job Summary:
As a Medical Assistant/Limited X-Ray Technologist, you will perform x-ray testing, focusing on patient movement and anatomy, and assist with various medical tasks. Our PRN (per diem) team members are an essential part of our healthcare team, scheduled as needed to provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform timely radiology procedures for patient evaluations by physicians.
• Conduct necessary quality control procedures to ensure the integrity of exams.
• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures, adhering to safety and regulatory standards, including radiation protection techniques.
• Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly; report malfunctions promptly.
• Complete documentation related to patient visits efficiently.
• Enhance diagnostic imaging knowledge and skills through continuous education.
• Maintain current licensure and certification for radiology.

What You Need:
A high school diploma or equivalent with skills in Medical Assisting is required. A State X-Ray license is required, or you must be willing to obtain it upon hire.
