Currently Hiring: Accountant.

The Job.

What you will do in this position:

• Lead and supervise all Accounting and Finance functions
• Oversee accounting operations, cash and treasury management, and financial and tax reporting
• Day-to-day operations of cash management, AP, AR, collections, payroll, and vendor management
• Manage the accounting, human resources, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments
• Manage financial/accounting software
• Manage external financial audits and investigate findings and recommendations
• Monitor cash balances, forecasts, and any debt/equity financing if necessary
• Function as the primary liaison with our experienced HR Consultant

Qualifications.

Who you are:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control principals, and GAAP
• Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems;
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
• Consistent and reliable, with a high attention to detail and a creative problem solving process
• Must be a self-starter and highly motivated position has a significant amount of autonomy
• Experience with Acumatica software
• Experience with HR processes including onboarding, payroll, etc.
• Elevated level of written and oral communication skills
• Experience working in high tech SAAS companies
