We are currently hiring 3rd Shift Production Operators to join our growing team. This position is responsible for operating machinery, handling materials, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a food manufacturing facility during overnight hours.
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Prior experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred. Ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced setting. Must be able to read, write, perform basic math, and record accurate data. Physically able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work in varying conditions: hot, cold, wet, or humid environments. Occasional exposure to fumes, chemicals, or nut allergens may occur. Willingness to work overnight hours, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Ability to be reliable, respectful, and safety-focused.
