Production Operator 3rd Shift

Location: Hot Springs, AR

Schedule: Monday Thursday, 9:30 PM 6:00 AM

Pay Rate: $19.34

Position Summary

We are currently hiring 3rd Shift Production Operators to join our growing team. This position is responsible for operating machinery, handling materials, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a food manufacturing facility during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work area.
• Read and follow written and verbal work instructions accurately.
• Ensure work area is clean and ready at the start of each shift.
• Verify and load raw materials into the production process.
• Monitor and operate production machinery to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct quality checks and report any discrepancies or defects.
• Maintain accurate production and process records.
• Report any unusual problems, delays, safety issues, or food safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Clean work area and equipment at the end of the shift.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMPs, sanitation, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Participate in all required safety and food safety training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or plant management.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Prior experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred. Ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced setting. Must be able to read, write, perform basic math, and record accurate data. Physically able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work in varying conditions: hot, cold, wet, or humid environments. Occasional exposure to fumes, chemicals, or nut allergens may occur. Willingness to work overnight hours, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Ability to be reliable, respectful, and safety-focused.
