The posted compensation range of $15.67 - $22.14/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As our Lab Assistant at CHI St Vincent, you will help many patients get excited about blood work. That's a fact. • Knowledge of the principles and practices of microbiology, biology, hematology, immunohematology, urinalysis and chemistry.
• Knowledge of a clinical laboratory as it applies to the collection and processing of samples. Testing of samples, interpretation of results, and the communication of those results to appropriate personnel.
• Knowledge of laboratory chemical and biological safety
• Ability to operate and maintain laboratory equipment

• High School diploma or GED
• Lab experience preferred
