ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for directly supervising all front office personnel and ensuring proper completion of all front office duties. Directs and coordinates the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and related areas. (Focused on continuous team member training to provide consistent exceptional guest service.) Always presents a friendly and professional image at the Hotel/Casino.
