We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Inventory Parts Clerk for our client in Alexander, AR. This full-time opportunity pays $20/hour and is ideal for someone experienced in warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Match parts received to packing lists
• Physically check and receive parts into stock
• Enter received parts into the accounting system
• Close purchase orders after parts are received
• Adjust inventory for:
  • Physical counts
  • Shop supply charges
  • Damaged parts
• Move and update part locations in the inventory system as directed
• Pull and label parts required for production projects
• Manage inventory levels using maximum/minimum quantity standards
• Maintain accurate lead times for parts in the system
• Apply work orders to corresponding project records
• Ensure all completed work orders are linked to appropriate projects
• Keep all projects organized and easily accessible
• Reorganize and adapt inventory or layout as shipping dates change
• Create packing lists for outgoing project shipments
• Inspect machines before shipment
• Inspect field kits prior to packing for transportation
• Generate and process bills of lading for all shipments

• Experience with USPS and FedEx shipping labels
• Ability to read and use a tape measure
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping, or inventory control role preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
