Customer Service Representative Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 to $ 19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and messages from patients and providers
• Explain insurance billing, statements, and payment options clearly and professionally
• Process payments, assist with account inquiries, and document interactions accurately
• Escalate complex billing or reimbursement issues to appropriate teams
• Maintain HIPAA compliance while delivering compassionate, patient-centered service

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Customer service in the healthcare or medical billing background
• Strong verbal and written communication with excellent active listening skills
• Ability to clearly explain complex information in a friendly, professional manner
• High attention to detail with solid problem-solving and organizational skills
• Comfortable using computers and multiple systems; bilingual skills a plus but not required

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
