Alweld Boats | Full-Time

Position Overview

The Shipping & Receiving Specialist is responsible for safely and accurately moving boats, parts, and materials in and out of the facility. This is a hands-on, safety-sensitive position that supports production and our dealer network.

Job Responsibilities

• Load boats and loose parts onto trailers
• Secure boats and materials for transport
• Package and label outgoing shipments
• Unload incoming deliveries
• Stock and organize materials and inventory
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
• Verify shipments for accuracy and completeness

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday-Friday | 6:00 a.m. - 2:15 p.m.
• Paid break: 9:15-9:30 a.m.
• Lunch: 11:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Our facility is not climate-controlled. Summers can be hot, and winters are heated with overhead heaters.

Physical & Safety Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Climbing, balancing, and working at heights
• Forklift operation (in-house)
• Adherence to all safety procedures at all times

Attendance & Introductory Period

Consistent attendance and punctuality are required. The first 90 days are an introductory period focused on training and performance.
