We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Thrift Store Retail Associate to join our client's team in Hot Springs, AR. As a Thrift Store Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing donations, and ensuring the store is well-maintained and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their shopping needs, providing exceptional service and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
• Receive, clean, sort, and display donations throughout the store, maintaining an organized and attractive presentation.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and manage customer inquiries efficiently.
• Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and safe for customers and staff.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking and rotating merchandise.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.

• Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs and stand on feet for an 8-hour shift.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
