Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 2nd and 3rd shift production and forklift to join their team. As a 2nd and 3rd shift production and forklift, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift: Second and Third Shift
What's the Job?
Operate processing machinery to manufacture products according to specifications
Lift and stack 50-80 lb bags onto pallets repeatedly during a 12-hour shift
Load bags into machines and perform other physically intensive tasks
Record all raw materials, machine functions, and finished goods in batch records
Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas
What's Needed?
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly; occasionally up to 100 pounds
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write basic correspondence
Basic math skills for formulation and measurement tasks
Must pass a written forklift certification test and operate forklift safely
