Now hiring Office Assistant
Arkadelphia, AR
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday (1st shift)

You're the one who keeps everything on track, from schedules to supplies to smiling faces. In this Office Assistant role, your multitasking magic and positive energy make you the heartbeat of the office. You'll handle the details that keep everyone moving and make it all look effortless.
What Makes You Stand Out.
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year of proven office or admin experience
- Excellent organization, accuracy, and multitasking
- Great communication skills and a helpful attitude
- Reliable, professional, and ready to jump in wherever needed
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
- Calendar control and schedule mastery
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Inbox management and people-wrangling
- Greet visitors and provide front-desk support
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate office records
- Keeping things smooth, sorted, and on track
- Giving teams the support they need to win
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and general HR documentation as needed
