Overview of Role :
The Supply Chain Customer Service Representative role is key to the company's success by maintaining customer satisfaction through superior customer service. The ideal candidate is a motivated, action-oriented person who is passionate about customer service. In this role, you are instrumental in developing and maintaining relationships by providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. You provide superior account support, manage the order process with a fine degree of accuracy. In this role, you will build relationships with customers across the US while mastering the workings of a fast paced, metrics-driven, streamlined organization.
Requirements :
• High School Diploma, with bachelor's degree preferred
3 + years of customer service with some sales or supply chain experience is preferred
• Experience working in a team environment and can successfully work independently as needed
• Demonstrates computer competence with Microsoft Office (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, etc.)
• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines and effectively manage and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to recognize problems, assess situations, gather relevant information, and respond/resolve effectively
• Positive attitude and thrives in a collaborative environment
• Excellent customer service skills; timely and consistent follow-up and follow-through, highly organized, responsive, helpful. Demonstrates a passion for service and love of customer
• Desires to not simply meet, but exceed expectations
• Highly motivated self-starter who is results oriented
• Ability to effectively give and receive feedback
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
