Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hospital location, including entrances, hallways, waiting areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, as assigned.; Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, disruptive behavior, and/or suspicious activity within the location.; Support staff and visitors with directions, information, and assistance during routine operations and/or emergency situations while maintaining a professional presence.
