Joint Effort Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Daily Responsibilities: Develop individualized treatment plans for patients Provide hands-on manual therapy Implement therapeutic exercise programs Collaborate with other healthcare professionals Educate patients and their families on treatment plans Required Skills: Doctorate (or equivalent) Degree in Physical Therapy Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings Strong background in orthopedicm sports and geriatric care Ability to develop and implement care plans Knowledge of pain management techniques Nice to Have Skills: Experience in dry needling Advanced training in manual therapy Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Technical Skills: Experience with EMR systems Interventions (we will teach you) Salary and Benefits: Salary range: $77,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: Health Insurance allowance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Paid Time Off (PTO).
