Sevita - - Responsibilities: Provides leadership to Life Skills Trainers (LST) in the residence and in the community and provides direct services to program participants.; Replaces, reassigns, or cancels staffing assignments as needed.; Provides direct residential staff supervision and initiates residential staff corrective action interventions as required.; Coordinates and completes participant and staff accident/injury/incident report investigation forms for incidents during shift.; Assumes immediate leadership role in implementing personal intervention, active treatment, and crisis prevention as needs arise during shift/while on community outings.
