On The Border - - Responsibilities: Provide guests and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, plates, glasses, and equipment; Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine; Keep the heart of house clean and tidy by sweeping and mopping floors and emptying trash cans; Wash plates, glassware, silverware, pots/pans, and kitchen utensils per sanitation and cleaning procedures; Assist with general kitchen duties as needed
