The capable candidate for this position needs a sharp attention to detail, must be self‑motivated, and able to find nuances in similar situations.Essential job duties include Ensuring CMV drivers adhere to FMCSA & DOT compliance pre and post hire.Monitoring driver alerts to ensure continued qualification.Reviewing medical situations to determine what follow‑up actions may be required.Renewing and dispersing DOT required permits.Reviewing and coaching drivers on forward‑facing camera captured events.Reviewing, coaching and disciplining drivers on DOT HOS violations.Being available for phone calls from our driving partners.Proactively coaching drivers in problem areas.Uploading and organizing personnel files.Training other employees in all the above as assigned.Various projects as needed.Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
