Under the direct supervision of the Chef, the Oak Cook I position includes prepping, cooking, placing stock in proper storage areas, rotating stock, cleaning and maintaining work areas and kitchens, and overall production for the Oak Room.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
