Description:

This role is part of Weyerhaeuser's Supply Chain organization and supports the transportation of Wood Products inventory. Based in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and reporting to the Director of Logistics, the Logistics Coordinator partners with production, sales, and transportation providers to ensure reliable, timely shipment execution that meets customer and operational standards.At Weyerhaeuser, we prioritize safety, sustainability, and operational excellence in everything we do. In this role, you will build strong relationships across customer service, manufacturing, sales, and supplier teams while coordinating daily transportation activities and resolving shipment issues. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to improve processes to drive efficiency and service performance. This is an opportunity to grow within Weyerhaeuser's supply chain team, with increasing responsibility and career development across our organization.Essential Duties / Responsibilities:* Promote a safe work environment; executing transportation activities that optimize cost, service, and efficiency* Manage end-to-end shipment execution, including carrier coordination, scheduling, and issue resolution* Communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders* Build strong relationships and collaborate across customer service, mills, carriers, and vendors* Collaborate effectively as a team member to support shared goals and drive operational performance* Leverage systems and data to solve problems, maintain performance, and deliver on key metrics and take ownership of results* Strong problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment* Experience with ERP (SAP), Power BI and transportation management systems (TMS) preferred* Knowledge of supply chain operations; experience in manufacturing or building materials is a plus* Demonstrated adaptability and ability to manage changing priorities* Growth mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvement* 2-year degree and 2 years Wood Products or Transportation industry experienceAbout WeyerhaeuserWe sustainably manage forests and manufacture products that make the world a better place. We want you to choose us.What We Offer:Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $58,800-$102,600 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use.
