Warehouse Associate

In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by lifting, moving, organizing, and preparing materials or products. Teammates must be able to work safely, maintain productivity, follow instructions, and report to every scheduled shift on time.

Skills and Experience

• 6 months to 1 year of recent work experience required.
• Reliability: Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
• Equipment Operation: Operate Order Picker, Stand-Up Forklift, Reach Truck.
• Lifting Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs., with frequent and consistent lifting of 3050 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Verbal Instructions: Must be able to comprehend and follow verbal instructions, including frequent changes in work assignments.
• Production Goals: Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently while meeting daily productivity expectations.
• Safety Procedures: Follow all workplace safety rules, lifting procedures, and company policies.
• Work Environment: Ability to work productively in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse facility.
• Work Area Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Overtime Availability: Must be flexible to work occasional weekday and/or weekend overtime based on business needs.
• Forklift Opportunity: Teammates may receive a $1.00 hourly raise after successfully becoming forklift certified through the company.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
